The only solution was to use the ScpToolkit driver installer to uninstall the drivers (you have to select the same options as when you installed it for the uninstaller to work) and to reinstall the Intel driver. I've tried installing ScpToolkit without the Bluetooth drivers and it just wouldn't work. I guess this program is fine if you use your computer exclusively for gaming and don't have other Bluetooth peripherals.. otherwise, expect this to break your Bluetooth.
