You may try uninstalling and re-installing USB controllers and see if that helps.
a) Press Windows + R, and then Type Control Panel.
b) Click on System and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.
c) Note If Control Panel is in Classic View, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.
